VELORIA users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the email address associated with your VELORIA account to:

support@veloriaholdingsltd.com

Subject: VELORIA Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your VELORIA account email address
• A clear request to delete your account

VELORIA HOLDINGS LTD will verify the request before processing it.

Account-associated data

Data associated with the account that is eligible for deletion will be deleted after verification.

Some information may be retained only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, financial, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
